Attention California Residents

California residents will be charged 8.75% Sales Tax on all orders.

Handling and Minimum Charges

All orders are subject to a $5.00 Handling Charge plus U.P.S. shipping charges.

Pricing

The price on the day of the purchase is the prevailing price. Unfortunately, price increases do occur and prices on the website are subject to change.

Merchandise Availability

B & K Mfg. maintains inventory on hand for immediate shipment for all items. Occasionally an item may be out of stock but due in within one to several days. If an item will be out of stock for more than one week, B & K Mfg. will contact you via your e-mail address to advise you of the status of your order.

Checking the Status of an Order

If you have not received a notice of shipment via e-mail, your order is still pending. If you have not received an e-mail within one week of having placed your order, we recommend that you call us at 714/997-5460 or 800/577-3352 or fax us at 714/997-4736 if you are concerned about the status of your order. If you have received an e-mail indicating that your credit card has been charged and your order has been shipped, visit the www.UPS.com and enter the tracking number you received in the B & K Mfg. e-mail.

Shipping

All shipments are F.O.B. Orange CA (this means you pay the freight). When placing an order for multiple items, you will be given approximate shipping cost based on shipping items individually. We nestle our boxed products into a carton thereby reducing your freight costs. B & K Mfg. won't know the actual freight cost until the packaging is completed and the freight is calculated. Your credit card will not be charged for anything, until the actual freight cost is calculated and added to your merchandise price.

Time Frame

Most orders are shipped, complete within 48 hours or sooner.

For orders placed on the B & K Mfg. website, we honor three credit cards: Discover, Visa & MasterCard. We have a secured website, but if you are uncomfortable about using your credit card online, you may call us, fax us or contact us in writing by mail at the following address:

C.O.D. Orders

Orders shipped UPS C.O.D. are $10.00 more and can only be paid by Cashier Check or Postal Money Order. No Cash

B & K Manufacturing will not sell, trade, give or rent any personal information obtained from you to a third party unless you consent. We gather this information to:

• Fill orders and process payment when applicable.
• Communicate with you for the purpose of answering questions regarding pending orders.
• Occasionally, we will send you e-mail communications to provide information which we think you will find useful, including information about new products and services. It is our policy only to send e-mail to customers who wish to continue receiving such information. In every such e-mail, we will also have instructions on how you may unsubscribe from the e-mail list so that you will no longer receive any future e-mails if you do not wish to.

Security

When you place orders, we offer the use of a secure server. All of the data we collect is protected by state-of-the-art firewalls against unauthorized access.

B & K Manufacturing Return Policy

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return Procedures

A return authorization number (RA#) must be obtained from B & K Manufacturing by calling 714/997-5460 The RA# must be clearly displayed on the shipping carton when returning the product. Please include a copy of the original packing slip and the reason(s) for the return. If a packing slip is not available, please provide the invoice number from the original purchase. We recommend you use a reliable shipping company and insure the contents. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Items returned without an RA# will not be accepted.
